This new construction Accessory Dwelling Unit
(ADU) on the West side of Santa Cruz features stained concrete
floors, veneer plaster walls, cherry cabinets and custom
shoji doors to separate the living area from the bedroom.
We were the primary contractors on the job from start to
finish. The project included radiant heat in the floors
and high efficiency windows and many green building features.
We also completed improvements and remodeling at the primary
residence including new windows, electrical upgrades and
plumbing renovations.
