This client came to us through the recommendation of one of our former customers. They had decided that their small Pleasure Point area home needed to be enlarged and remodeled in order to function well for their growing family. We assisted them with design ideas and managed the production of a suitable set of building plans for the project. The beautiful contemporary home design required nearly complete reconstruction of the existing house. An entirely new upstairs wing was constructed, creating space for a new master suite and spacious bathroom. Our efforts produced a new three bedroom, three bath home with a large and inviting ground floor patio area, wide open living areas on the first floor with new kitchen, bathroom and dining room.
