This home in the quiet hills above Aptos was ready for some updating and home improvements. We started with a complete kitchen remodel, including new appliances, exotic wood countertops and updated lighting.
At the exterior, we completely rebuilt and expanded an existing view deck. A large bi-folding glass Nana door was added for improved access to this area. This resulted in a large and open space including a complete new outdoor kitchen and entertaining area.
Next, the master bathroom was completely remodeled. This involved the relocation of walls, new entry door, reconfigured shower and bathtub with new tile and stone finishes. A large and elegant space with views into the garden was the result.
