This 40 year old Scotts Valley home was completely updated and remodeled. After an initial meeting with the clients, we managed the design, drafting, engineering and permitting for the project. Load bearing walls were removed, eliminating the original separated feel of the living area. The resulting home is a light and open new space with elegant architectural lines. The project pictures show the expansive new entry level living and family room area.
This construction project included a completely remodeled kitchen, new master bathroom, new master suite with fireplace and the new hardwood flooring throughout.
